A requiem mass will be said in the Immaculate Conception Church Monday for Leo Loverde, 65, a resident of Sacramento nearly all his life. He lived at 3423 Fifth Avenue. He died yesterday. He was born in Loomis, Placer County but was brought to Sacramento when he was a child. He retired several years ago after being in the trucking business and operating an auto camp in Freeport. He leaves his daughters, Lucille and Agnes Loverde and Mrs. Rosemary Curry, his brothers, Nick, Pete, and Tony Loverde, all of Sacramento; a sister Mrs. Esther Higgs of Berkeley and one grandchild. The mass will begin at 9:30 am. Burial will be in the St. MaryŁus Lawn Cemetery. A rosary will be said at 8 PM in the George L. Klumpp Funeral Home.
