Jacob is in the 1920 US census of Louisiana, parish of Orleans, New Orleans. with him and wife are daughter Laura age 18, daughter Mrs. P. Bradbury age 20, Mr. Bradbury and their son Victor. Jacob came to the US in 1898 and was naturalized in 1904.
