In this booklet was the name, address, birth date & place of birth, also a photo, right index fingerprint & physical description of the registered person. On March 30, 1942, Biaggio B. Schiro, 3602 Texas Avenue, Houston, Texas was registered, No. A.E. 1396, Registration Number was. #2106771. Biaggio could not write so his (X) was witnessed by H. Rydling, 1810 Rutland, Houston, Texas. His physical description was, 63 years, 3 months, 5ft, 5in, tall, 180 lbs, Gray Hair, Mole on left cheek. The Signature of the Identification Official was Theo.
