Liuzza, Pasquale (b. 1 Feb 1834, d. 10 Sep 1925)

Note: Pasquale Liuzza came to the US on 30 Oct 1890 on the ship Entella into the port of New Orleans. With him is his wife Giacoma DiMaggio and children; Margherita, Nicolo, Giuseppe, Lucia (Luca) and Nunzio.
Pasquale Liuzza came to the US 1 Dec 1899 on the ship Bolivia into the port of New York. His son, Nunzio age of 12 was traveling with him. Vincenzo Liuzza of Damiani Street of New Orleans was to meet him. He states he was in the US from 1890-1899.
Pasquale Liuzza was on the ship Principe di Piedmont 6 Nov 1911 in the port of New York being met by sons Vincenzo, Gioachino and Margherita Liuzza of 1214 Ducher ? St New Orleans, LA. He had been in the US previously in 1898-1902 in New Orleans.
Pasquale is with his son Gioachino in the 1920 US census of Louisiana. He is 85 years old.
Obituary-The Times Picayune, New Orleans, Louisiana-LIUZZA On Thursday, September 10, 1925, at 4:15 a.m. PASQUALE LIUZZA beloved father of Vincent and Jack Liuzza and Mrs. Phillip Foto (nee Margaret Liuzza), Joseph and Luke Liuzza of San Francisco, California, aged 91 years, 7 months, 9 days, a native of Contessa Entellina, Italy and a resident of this city for the past 35 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral, which will take place on Friday, September 11, at 3:30 p.m. from the residence of his son Jack Liuzza, 1243 Bourbon street corner of Barracks Street. Interment in Metairie Cemetery; San Francisco, California papers please copy. (His wife Giacoma or Jennie DiMaggio Liuzza had died in 1894 in New Orleans.)
